Granting, sharing, or transferring access to your account to any third party is strictly prohibited. The account holder is solely responsible for all activity carried out through the account.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bbvip supports the following payment methods for users in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank).

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method. The maximum deposit amount is determined by your account tier and verification status.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10–45 minutes.
• Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• It is recommended to withdraw using the same method used for the deposit.
• If a bonus is attached to your account, the relevant wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.

4.4 Transaction Verification

bbvip reserves the right to verify each withdrawal request. Transactions may be suspended in cases of suspicious activity or fraud.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, applied only to the bonus amount (not to the deposit plus bonus). Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Provisions

• Bonuses are valid for use on the bbvip platform only.
• Offers cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• If a user is found to be misusing bonus benefits, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Promotional offer terms may apply separately.
• bbvip reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time.

6.1 Fair Play

bbvip believes in fair play. All games are operated through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartial outcomes.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and market, and are displayed on the relevant game page. bbvip reserves the right to set or change the betting limits of any account.

6.3 Technical Errors

Any betting transaction affected by a technical issue may be considered void. In such situations, bbvip will arrange a refund of the relevant amount.

6.4 Sports Betting

For sports betting, event outcomes are determined in accordance with the official announcement of the relevant sporting body. If a match is postponed or cancelled, the related bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bbvip platform:

• Any form of fraudulent activity, collusion, or game manipulation.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to misuse bonus benefits.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to operate games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Inappropriate or offensive behaviour towards other users.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures.
